In a nutshell

When you book a table or get in touch, we only ask for the details we need to sort your booking and reply to you. We never sell your information, and we don't use it to pester you with marketing.

What we collect

• Email address
• Phone number
• Booking details — date, time and number of guests
• Any special requests (for example allergies or dietary needs, if you choose to tell us)

Why we collect it

• To confirm and hold your table reservation
• To contact you about your booking if we need to
• To make sure we can safely cater for any allergies or dietary requirements

How we handle it

Your details are used only by The Lounge team to manage your booking. We keep booking records for as long as makes sense for running the restaurant, then they're removed. We never share or sell your information to anyone else.
